Disney Bust!!
"This was one of the worst experience I have had!!! And my company deal with many giving opportunities to kids in need. I had placed my order on a Thursday. They needed to confirm a few things on a Friday. They told me my delivery would still be done on that Friday but guess what? No delivery. I was ok with that thinking it would be delivered on Saturday. Again, no delivery !! I had call the company on that afternoon asking hwhere the packages where for the two children. Cricket from the company! Called again on that Monday. Than all of the sudden a hour & a half later they magically appeared at the hotel! With the Participants leaving the following morning at 6 am. No need by than for all the snacks that were provided from the gift baskets. Calling the company with my concerns on the recipients not receiving their gifts. They now stated they don’t deliver on weekends! So these poor kids who were gifted a miracle to go to Disney received their gifts 8 hrs before departure. An absolute disgrace!!!! And the company had no excuse for the mishap as well as no compensation for this or deal. ** please no one use this company. It not only was a let down for us but for the kids in need that would have received these packages!"
