FAQ: How does this work?
The process is simple:
- Pick a basket you love, or contact us to order a custom basket.
- Place your order. At checkout, you’ll be prompted to provide all of the details for the recipient. You’ll also be able to leave a custom note for your recipient.
- Once the basket has been delivered, the sender will receive a text letting them know.
- Once the recipient arrives, the hotel should notify the guest of their package. Guests may also check in with the designated drop space for the hotel. (Many Disney Resorts require packages to be delivered to guest services, while Universal Resorts prefer we drop the gifts off at Luggage Services. Please be sure to check with the hotel to confirm drop off locations.)
