HOW IT WORKS
You pay the retail price/sales tax of any items you would like included. We charge a $15 Custom Gift Box fee to cover the supplies, time, acquisition and other boring administrative stuff needed to create, build, and wrap the gift box along with all the extra love included in each custom creation. Once we have designed something you love, we will create a custom listing for you on our site. You will be able to add it to your cart and check out at your leisure. The shopping cart will ask for your all the details (dates of travel, what you would like the gift note to say, etc.) so once you've checked out you're all set! We create the magic from there and ensure your recipient gets a magical surprise they love!

 

THE FINE PRINT
  1. Custom Baskets are priced at the lowest possible rate for all customers; there is no additional Travel Agent discount for Custom Baskets.
  2. All Custom Baskets start with a non-refundable $15 Custom Basket Fee.  This fee covers the time invested in coming up with the idea, gathering all the specifically selected items, wrapping supplies, the time it takes to build it all into a basket, and administrative costs.
  3. Any specialty items, limited edition items, or customized items will be subject to a non-refundable $20 Special Acquisition Fee.
  4. All Custom Baskets are subject to Taxes and Payment Processing Fees.
  5. Custom Baskets must be agreed upon and paid for no later than 21 business days prior to the guest’s check in date to ensure all items can be acquired in a timely manner.  
  6. Any orders placed less than 21 business days prior to the guest’s check in date will be subject to a $5 Rush Fee or Cancellation.  
  7. Any orders placed less than 7 business days prior to the guest’s check in date will be subject to a $10 Rush Fee or Cancellation.
  8. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE WE CAN PROCESS AND DELIVER A CUSTOM ORDER WITH LESS THAN 7 DAY NOTICE. We do not store product for custom baskets in our warehouse, therefore we need time to acquire specific items to fill each order.
